ImagineHealth Co., Ltd. (“ImagineHealth”, “we”, “us”) operates Imagine Longevity. We are an independent healthcare and longevity facilitator based in Thailand, not a hospital, clinic or medical provider.

2. Information we may collect
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, country and preferred contact method.
- Enquiry and booking information, including the treatment or objective you are considering and your availability.
- Communication records from email, telephone, WhatsApp, video calls and in-person conversations.
- Newsletter preferences and records of consent, subscription or withdrawal.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device, browser, pages visited and referring source, subject to applicable cookie choices.
- Health-related information that you voluntarily provide or that is requested later for physician or provider review.
This website does not provide a public blood-report or medical-record upload function. If medical documents are needed, we will explain an appropriate channel and purpose.
3. Why we use personal data
- To respond to enquiries and arrange conversations or appointments.
- To understand the service, intervention or provider pathway relevant to your request.
- To coordinate, at your request, with selected physicians, laboratories, clinics, hospitals or other service providers.
- To provide quotations, travel or appointment coordination and client support.
- To send newsletters or marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.
- To operate, secure, measure and improve the website.
- To meet legal, accounting, compliance and dispute-resolution obligations.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering into an agreement, performance of an agreement, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, or our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services. Health information and other sensitive data receive additional protection and will normally be processed with explicit consent or another lawful basis permitted by applicable law.
5. When information may be shared
We may share relevant information with selected healthcare providers, physicians, laboratories and service partners when necessary to respond to your request and with your knowledge or authorization. We may also use technology and operational providers for website hosting, communications, scheduling, email, analytics and business administration.
These include Formspree for website enquiries, Google Analytics for consent-based website measurement, Meta for WhatsApp and consent-based advertising measurement, and services such as Zoom or Calendly when used for communication or scheduling. Those services may process information under their own privacy terms. We do not send medical records or sensitive health details to advertising platforms for audience targeting.
6. International transfers
Some recipients or technology providers may process data outside Thailand. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, consent-based or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, our relationship with you, legal and accounting requirements, safety, and the establishment or defence of claims. Retention periods differ according to the information and context. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer require it, subject to limited suppression records needed to respect your choice.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may ask to access, correct, receive, restrict or erase your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

9. Security
We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when sending sensitive information.
10. Children
This website and our consumer longevity services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
