Stem cells for healthy aging & longevity
A systemic regenerative approach for people thinking beyond a single symptom.
A physician-led intravenous MSC programme for clients exploring healthy aging, resilience and recovery - with medical screening, a documented cell preparation and an individualized cell quantity.

What "longevity" means here
Not stopping aging. Supporting how you approach it.
Aging affects repair, immune regulation, inflammation and resilience across the body. An intravenous programme is considered systemically rather than for one isolated joint or area.
That does not make it a proven anti-aging cure. The useful conversation is more specific: what are you trying to support, what is your current health context and how will you judge whether the programme was worthwhile?
Understand the hallmarks of agingWhy healthy adults enquire
A more proactive healthy-aging strategyRecovery and resilience objectivesConcerns connected to chronic low-grade inflammationA systemic addition to local orthopedic or facial treatmentEstablishing a programme that can be reassessed over timeInflammaging
Chronic inflammation connects many aging conversations.
Persistent low-grade inflammation is associated with aging and interacts with several hallmarks of aging. MSC research includes their signalling and immunomodulatory behaviour, which is one reason they are studied in inflammation-related contexts.
Choosing a cell quantity
Start with the objective - not the largest number.
Cell quantity is part of the protocol, not a scorecard for treatment quality. Health history, body weight, objectives and physician guidance come first.
A lower-quantity systemic programme often considered by clients taking a first step.
Discuss this optionA solid programme choice frequently considered by healthy adults, subject to medical review.
Request a recommendationView all cell quantities and indicative prices
Indicative public prices are subject to medical assessment and provider confirmation. The final programme should be based on suitability - not price alone.
Why intravenous?
A systemic route for a systemic objective.
An IV programme is different from placing cells directly into a knee, spine-related structure or facial skin.
Intravenous administration is used when the treatment discussion concerns the body more broadly. Local injections are used when a clearly defined area is the primary objective. The route, quantity and physician expertise should match the treatment plan.
Learn how MSCs are thought to workYour treatment day
A defined clinical sequence with monitoring throughout.
The full clinic appointment is approximately two hours. The protocol is delivered in an appropriate medical setting under physician oversight.
Review & ESR
Health history, suitability and the required inflammation marker are reviewed.
Folic-NAC
The pre-infusion component is administered according to the clinical protocol.
MSC infusion
The selected cell quantity is administered intravenously with oxygen and monitoring.
B12-NAC
The post-infusion component completes the standard sequence.
Aftercare
Expected reactions, contact instructions and follow-up are confirmed before departure.
Based on the on-site physician conversation, selected additional biomarkers may be added on a complimentary basis where useful.
Measurement without false precision
A baseline can make the conversation more useful.
A broad blood report is not routinely required for a healthy client, but good baseline information can help put subjective impressions into context.
If you already have a suitable blood report containing the required biomarkers, ImagineHealth can arrange biological-age and organ-health scores plus a personalized nutrition and exercise plan.
Explore biological-age assessmentRealistic expectations
Track what matters - but do not mistake a feeling for proof.
Subjective change can be meaningful to a client, but it remains only one part of an honest treatment review.
What some clients report
Changes in perceived energy, recovery or general wellbeing may be noticed within weeks, although experiences vary.
What measurement can add
Baseline blood markers, biological-age scores, wearables and functional measures may provide additional context over time.
What neither can prove alone
Feeling better - or feeling no difference - does not establish that the infusion succeeded, failed or rejuvenated the body.
One journey, distinct objectives
A systemic programme can sit alongside local treatment.
Some clients use one Thailand visit to address more than one objective. Each component still requires an appropriate assessment, route and protocol.
Safety and suitability
A longevity objective does not remove the need for medical rigor.
Treatment begins with screening and a defined clinical pathway. The cells are only one part of treatment quality.
Why Thailand
Access an established regenerative-medicine ecosystem.
Thailand combines modern cell laboratories, experienced medical teams, established private healthcare infrastructure and competitive treatment pricing. ImagineHealth connects these parts into one coordinated treatment pathway.

What clients ask before an IV programme.
These answers are general guidance. Treatment suitability and the final protocol remain medical decisions.
Is this treatment proven to reverse aging?+
No. Aging is complex, and an MSC infusion should not be described as stopping or reversing it. The programme is considered by clients exploring healthy aging, resilience and recovery, with expectations agreed before treatment.
How many cells should I choose?+
There is no universal number. Twenty million is a popular starting point and 50 million is frequently selected by healthy adults. Health history, body weight, objectives and physician guidance matter. More is not automatically better.
Why is approximately one million cells per kilogram relevant?+
It is used as an upper dosing reference for this programme. ImagineHealth does not recommend exceeding it. The treating physician remains responsible for the final protocol.
Do I need blood tests?+
ESR is required before infusion. A broad baseline panel is not routinely required for a healthy client, although it can be useful for establishing a reference point. Additional biomarkers may be offered by the physician where relevant.
Will I feel a difference?+
Some clients report subjective changes in energy, recovery or general wellbeing within weeks; others do not notice a clear change. Feeling - or not feeling - a change does not by itself establish treatment benefit or failure.
Is there downtime?+
Significant downtime is not normally expected. Individual reactions can occur, and the clinical team explains expected effects, warning signs and follow-up before you leave.
How often can treatment be repeated?+
A single programme can stand alone. Depending on health, lifestyle, objectives, physician guidance and budget, some clients discuss another treatment after approximately 6 - 12 months.
Can I combine the IV with another stem-cell treatment?+
Potentially. Some clients combine a systemic IV with a local orthopedic or facial treatment. Each component still needs its own medical rationale, dose and route.
