Regenerative facial rejuvenation
Support better-looking skin - without creating a different face.
A local facial treatment using 5 or 10 million MSCs for clients interested in gradual skin-quality improvement and a naturally fresher appearance.

The treatment objective
Skin quality - not facial reshaping.
The intention is to support the quality and appearance of the skin itself. It is not a replacement for procedures designed to add volume, relax muscles or reposition tissue.
What clients may wish to support
Overall skin qualityTexture and smoothnessFine linesHydration and luminosityElasticity and resilienceA naturally fresher appearanceWhat it is not designed to do
- Create a surgical lifting effect - Add significant facial volume - Relax muscles like botulinum toxin - Guarantee wrinkle removal - Stop facial aging - Produce the same result for everyone
Beauty span
Look refreshed - not transformed.
"Beauty span" is a simple way of describing the years in which skin maintains qualities such as resilience, smoothness, hydration and a healthy-looking appearance.
It is not a diagnostic measurement and does not mean stopping facial aging. Regenerative treatment is considered by clients interested in supporting skin quality over time rather than substantially changing facial structure.
Your treatment visit
Assessment first. Then a focused local procedure.
The full appointment takes approximately two hours. The actual medical treatment normally takes about 20 minutes.
VISIA analysis
Complimentary facial imaging helps identify visible and subsurface skin characteristics for discussion.
IncludedReview and planning
The physician discusses the findings, your objectives and the recommended facial protocol.
IndividualNumbing cream
Applied before the injections to make the treatment more comfortable.
45 minutesLocal MSC application
Multiple fine-needle injections administered manually by the treating physician.
About 20 minutesAftercare
Post-treatment guidance, expected reactions and follow-up are explained.
Before leavingThe VISIA scan supports the treatment conversation but does not replace medical assessment or provide a diagnosis.
Different routes. Different objectives.
Local facial treatment is not an IV longevity infusion.
The facial and intravenous pathways may use the same general cell category, but they have different objectives, quantities, administration routes and medical plans.
Focus on facial skin quality
- 5 or 10 million cells
- Fine-needle local administration
- VISIA-supported facial planning
- Approximately 20-minute procedure
Broader healthy-aging objectives
- Systemic administration
- Separate medical screening
- Cell quantity based on the IV programme
- Infusion and monitoring pathway
One journey. Two distinct objectives.
Local rejuvenation and broader healthy-aging support.
Some clients choose to discuss both treatments during the same journey - the face locally and healthy aging more broadly. Each treatment still requires its own rationale, dose and medical assessment. An IV programme should not be presented as proven to enhance the facial result.
Discuss a facial + IV programmeTreatment options
A focused protocol - not a menu of unnecessary extras.
The physician recommends the cell quantity after reviewing the skin, objectives, photographs and VISIA findings.
Entry facial protocol with complimentary VISIA analysis and physician-administered local application.
Discuss suitabilityHigher cell quantity considered according to the physician's assessment and the agreed facial objective.
Request a recommendationIndicative prices are subject to assessment and provider confirmation. Ten million cells should not be assumed to produce twice the effect of five million.
When lifting is also an objective
Skin quality and lifting are different conversations.
Local MSC treatment is not designed to create a significant lift. Ultraformer III may be considered when the client also wants an energy-based tightening or lifting component.
The procedures address different objectives. A physician should determine whether they are appropriate and how they should be timed.
After treatment
Gradual change. Minimal expected interruption.
Most clients can return to normal daily activities, but individual reactions and visible outcomes vary.
Immediately afterward
Temporary redness, sensitivity or small red injection marks may occur. Significant swelling or bruising is not normally expected.
Following weeks and months
Changes, when they occur, are expected to develop gradually. Clients may describe a fresher or younger-looking appearance.
Ongoing maintenance
A single treatment can stand alone. Repeat treatment may be discussed approximately every 6 - 12 months depending on physician advice and response.
Different tools for different objectives
Compare what facial treatments are designed to do.
No approach is universally better. The right choice depends on whether the priority is skin quality, expression lines, volume, resurfacing, tightening or structural lifting.
Before travelling
Request a private physician photo review.
Makeup-free photographs can be shared privately with the treating physician for initial comments and a possible protocol recommendation.
Request photo-review instructionsWe do not ask visitors to upload facial photographs publicly on this website.

Safety and treatment quality
The cells are only one part of the pathway.
Suitability, product documentation, sterile handling, physician competence, technique, aftercare and follow-up all contribute to treatment quality.
Frequently asked questions
What clients ask before facial treatment.
These answers provide general guidance. The final protocol and suitability decision remain with the treating physician.
Is facial stem-cell treatment the same as filler?+
No. Filler is used to add or restore volume. Local MSC treatment is considered for regenerative skin-quality objectives and is not intended to reshape the face.
Is PRP included?+
Normally not. PRP and MSCs are different regenerative approaches. A physician may discuss other components only where there is a clear reason.
Should I choose 5 or 10 million cells?+
The physician considers your skin, objectives, photographs and VISIA findings. A higher cell quantity should not be presented as automatically better for every client.
Is the procedure painful?+
Numbing cream is normally applied for approximately 45 minutes beforehand and is generally sufficient to make the fine-needle treatment well tolerated.
Is there downtime?+
Most clients can resume normal activities. Significant swelling or bruising is not normally expected, although temporary redness, sensitivity or small red injection marks may occur.
When might I notice a change?+
Changes, when they occur, are expected to develop gradually over the following weeks and months. The degree and timing vary.
Should treatment be repeated?+
A single treatment can be considered on its own. Repeat treatment may be discussed approximately every 6 - 12 months depending on physician advice, response and objectives.
Can it be combined with other aesthetic treatment?+
Yes, but timing and suitability require physician guidance. Ultraformer III is a common consideration when a client also wants a lifting or tightening component.
